At 14-years-old Byron stepped up to the pulpit to preach his first sermon. Since then he has lead revival services, pastored churches in Kansas and Oklahoma, and headed multiple mission trips with our church's Men's Ministry team.

He and his wife, Diana, arrived in Lawton in 1974 and began their ministry at Calvary A/G as Associate Pastor. In 1976, Byron was given the position as Senior Pastor. He has faithfully served the church and community for FIFTY YEARS!!!

Even after the passing of Sis Elmore in May 2022, Pastor Elmore has continued steadfast in the faith and remained ever dedicated to the work of the LORD!  

Gayle was called to preach at a young age, and after years of preparation, this calling came to fruition December 2016 when he was given the position of Associate Pastor at Calvary.

He also works with our young people's Sunday School class "Connect."

Glen serves as a board member, worship leader, sound booth technician, and musician.

Ron Mackey was elected to the board as of December 2017.

Sam first attended Calvary while stationed at Fort Sill in 1984. It was here that he met and married his wife, Glenda, and raised his three daughters.

Recently retired from the Lawton Fire Department, Sam is a board member on staff and also serves as worship leader.

Max works with the church's finances and also serves as worship leader.

Max is employed at Goodyear Tire Plant.

Following in the steps of her mother, Zella, who proudly championed BGMC in the past, Charolette has taken the role of BGMC Coordinator, ready to encourage all the children to "cute" their way into inspiring people to give their loose change to missions.

Charolette is a retired Lawton Public Schools music teacher, who uses her gift for the Lord by serving as one of our pianists. 

Glenda is a retired homeschool Mom who now spends her time traveling with (or to) her family, snuggling with her dogs, and drinking lots of fancy flavored coffee.
